Because of the powerful motors of Hi-Power Cycles electric bikes, they are best used for off-road biking or private use. This is because when the motor is too powerful, some states may not allow it to be used on public roads and streets.

Therefore, before buying any of the Hi-Power Cycles electric bike models, make sure that you have read your state’s e-bike laws.

System: Hi-Power Cycles Electric Bike Models

As a whole, Hi-Power Cycles electric bike models are Class 2 e-bikes that use both pedal-assist and throttle. Hence, you can either ride any Hi-Power Cycles e-bike by pedaling or using the throttle.

The pedal-assist of an electric bike provides assistance when pedaling. You can choose any level of pedal assist, depending on your needs. The throttle of an electric bike functions similarly to ones found on motorcycles. Your e-bike motor helps your electric bike move without touching the pedals. Instead, the throttle engages by either twisting the handlebar or by pressing a thumb-sized button.
