Senada Electric Bikes are Affordable

Senada e-bikes only cost between $1,139-1,599. However, you might think that their e-bikes are unreliable because of their affordable prices. NOPE! Senada is one brand that manufactures electric bikes with a great combination of reliability and affordability. We created the table below showing the purchase price of each Senada electric bike model.

Senada eBike ModelCost of Purchase
Saber$1,499
Herald$1,599
Roamer$1,259
Drifter$1,139
Aquila$1,339
Archon$1,459
Archon Pro$1,599

The most affordable model of Senada electric bike is the Drifter, while the most expensive are the Herald and the Archon Pro.

The common qualities of these three Senada e-bike models are the:

  • Frame material
  • Brakes
  • Pedal-assist level
  • Payload capacity
  • Kickstand
  • Headlight
  • Rear racks
  • Fenders

Additionally, these three models all use fat tires but in varying sizes. For example, the Drifter uses 20″ fat tires, while the Herald and the Archon Pro use 26″ fat tires that perform well in the snow and on the beach. Furthermore, there is a significant difference in their battery capacity, range, power output, torque, throttle, and overall weight.

Senada eBikes Have Different Color Options to Choose From

The Senada electric bike models have 2-4 color options. Mostly, the colors are combinations of red, white, black, blue, or green. For instance, the Senada Roamer has four color options: a mix of black and blue, black and red, black and green, or white and blue.

You can pick the color of your choice before checking out your order. You can see a preview of what the e-bike looks like by clicking the color you want. However, it is still best to contact the store to check the availability of your color choice.

The Possible Range of Senada eBike is Between 19-50 Miles (30.6-80.5 km) per Charge

Each Senada electric bike model has a different range. One factor that greatly affects the range of these electric bikes is the battery capacity. Senada e-bike models have different battery capacities, ranging from 480Wh to 720Wh.

In most cases, electric bikes with a higher battery capacity will likely be able to travel further. For instance, the Senada Saber, equipped with a 720Wh battery, will have a range of up to 28 miles (45.1 km) per charge in throttle mode and 50 miles (80.5 km) per charge in pedal assist. On the other hand, the Senada Roamer, equipped with a 480Wh battery, will have a range of up to 19 miles (30.6 km) on full-throttle and 31 miles (49.9 km) on the pedal assist.

In addition, the e-bike’s range is subject to change by such factors as the pedal-assist level, the rider’s weight, weather conditions, terrain, and riding style.

Their Batteries are Removable

There is a significant advantage of having a removable electric bike battery. This enables you to properly store your battery when it’s not in use. Furthermore, it will be easier to swap your drained battery with another fresh one.

Removable batteries enable you to inspect your battery more quickly. Check out our article to find out how to store your e-bike battery properly. Also, if you are interested in learning how to store your Senada electric bike, check out our article “17 Electric Bike Storage Ideas You Can Actually Use (Home, Garage, Outside).” Storing your battery correctly when it’s not in use helps increase its lifespan.

Senada eBikes Have a Rated Power Output that Can Be Sufficient for Your Needs

Senada e-bike models have different motors that deliver different rated power outputs and torque. The Aquila uses a 500W motor; the Drifter uses a 750W motor; and the Saber, the Herald, the Roamer, the Archon, and the Archon Pro all use a 1000W motor. All of these rated power outputs enable your electric bike to climb up decent-sized hills.

You Can Use Either Pedal Assist or a Throttle

Having the option of using either the pedal assist or throttle is a great advantage. Pedal-assist mode is when the motor only assists if you pedal. Senada electric bikes have five levels of pedal assist. The higher the pedal-assist level, the more assistance you can get.

On the other hand, throttle mode is when your motor assists without the need to pedal. Riding in throttle mode is similar to riding a motorcycle. Your e-bike will move when you twist the throttle or press the thumb-size button. Almost all Senada electric bikes use a twist throttle except the Aquila, which uses a thumb throttle.

The choice of mode depends on your preference. However, always remember that each has its pros and cons. For instance, the pedal-assist mode allows you to get some exercise. However, since you are still pedaling, this might not be good for people with weak legs.

On the other hand, if you use throttle mode, you can ride your electric bike without pedaling. But this will significantly affect your range. To learn the difference between pedal assist and throttle, read our article “What is the Difference Between Pedal Assist and Throttle?”

Senada eBikes Have Great Weight Capacity

All Senada electric bike models can handle up to 330 lbs. (149.7 km) of load. Hence, you can carry a heavy backpack or bring your child along on your e-bike ride.

If you want to bring your child with you, you need to get the right child seat. Check out our article “Electric Bike Child Seat Safety (Front Vs. Rear Vs. Trailer)” for the best options. Click here for our recommended child trailer.

Almost All of Their eBikes Have Fat Tires

Aside from the Aquila, the rest of the Senada e-bike models use fat tires. Fat tires are suitable for snowy, hilly, and rough roads.
